A3 sponsor Backcountry Access wants you to keep two things in mind when you head out for a day of backcountry skiing: send it and return safely. During the 2017/18 winter season, BCA commissioned its athletes and ambassadors to create the three-part BCA “Send and Return” avalanche education video series, which includes avalanche safety messaging in addition to aggressive skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling footage. Now, BCA has released two new avalanche education videos: “Getting the Goods Without Getting Buried” and “Human Factors in the Backcountry,” which focus on terrain selection, group management, and human factors for snowmobile-accessed backcountry riders.
